Can I attend from outside the United States?
Yes. This is a world community experience. You are welcome to join from wherever you are.
Please pay attention to the listed time zone when checking the service schedule.
Do I need to be on camera?
No. You are welcome to keep your camera on or off.
We want you to participate in the way that feels most comfortable and meaningful to you.
Will there be recordings?
We will endeavor to make recordings but cannot guarantee there will be access to the recordings later. Registration does not include access to recordings.
What should I bring?
You do not need anything special. Some people may want to have a candle, journal, water or tea, tallit, machzor, or prayer book nearby. But none of these are required. The most important thing to bring is yourself.

Is this a replacement for synagogue membership?
This experience is designed for people who may not have an automatic place to go for the High Holy Days, who cannot attend in person, or who are seeking a different kind of online Jewish experience. We hope it can be a meaningful spiritual home for the season and perhaps a doorway into future Jewish connection, wherever that may lead.
I’m nervous about coming. Is that okay?
Yes. Many people feel nervous, tender, unsure, or complicated around the High Holy Days and around the Jewish community.
You do not have to arrive perfectly. You do not have to know exactly what you believe. You do not have to be in a certain emotional or spiritual place.
Come as you are. There is room for you here.
