Yes. World Community Services High Holy Days will take place online using Zoom.
You can join from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Is this a livestream from a synagogue?
No. This is not simply a camera pointed at a bimah. These services are being designed specifically as an online High Holy Day experience, with the needs of people at home in mind. Our goal is to create a real sense of sacred space, connection, music, reflection, and community through Zoom.

Who is leading the services?
Marge Eiseman and Rachel Haymer will lead the services.
Marge and Rachel are both Jewish prayer leaders, musicians, educators, and spiritual leaders with deep experience leading Jewish services, concerts, teaching, meditation, and creative prayer experiences.
Together, they bring a style that is warm, musical, grounded, reflective, spiritually uplifting, and welcoming.

Do I have to be Jewish to attend?
No. You do not have to identify in any specific way to attend.
This experience is open to Jewish people, interfaith families, spiritual seekers, people exploring Judaism, people returning to Jewish practice, people who feel disconnected from Jewish community, and people who simply want a meaningful High Holy Day experience. You are welcome here.

Is this for a specific denomination?
No. This is a pluralistic High Holy Day experience.
Marge and Rachel both come from Jewish backgrounds that include Reform, Renewal, creative, musical, and pluralistic prayer. The services will include traditional High Holy Day elements while also making space for new music, English readings, meditation, healing, and contemporary spiritual reflection.
